Last night Laura and I decided to catch the 2010 Olimpic torch bearer as they ran within 3 blcoks from our house.

Flowrider - H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre Kelowna BC

A good friend of Laura and I (Brittany) had a birthday and decided to rent the "Flowrider" at the NEW H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre here in Kelowna. If you dont know what a Flowrider is, check it out here:

We had 3 full hours (10:00pm till 1:00am) on the Flowrider all to our selves. If your looking for great local Kelowna fun this is a must for anyone.
